Team work

During the programme, you and students from other Urban Studies courses work together to carry out projects. You will be trained to become an interdisciplinary ‘urban professional’, who knows how to connect people, design places, take a businesslike approach and define policymaking.

Urban and regional planning

As a spatial planner, you are the 'designer and director' of the environment we live in. Your aim is to make it more pleasant and more beautiful for everyone. You are able to identify the interests, needs and requirements of local residents, authorities and businesses, and are able to combine residential, leisure and traffic usages with green spaces in SMART and creative ways. You are the spider in the centre of the web responsible for developing a joint plan with stakeholders involved and you will translate your ideas into futureproof plans.
