Requirements
The information below applies to the academic year 2024-2025. These entry requirements are published subject to changes in government policy and Saxion regulations.
In order to be admitted to the programme you hold:
- A Higher Education Bachelor’s degree in the field of Facility Management, Real Estate Management or related subject such as Industrial Engineering and Management, Building and Architecture, Hotel Management or comparable field.
- A minimum of TOEFL 550, IELTS 6.0 or similar English language qualification for EU and NON-EU students. This language qualification is not applicable for Dutch students. More information on the language requirements via this link.

Optional intake interview
Students enrolling for the programme may be invited for an intake interview (online) as part of the admission procedure. This intake interview will focus on the match between your background and expectations and the programme.
Tuition fee
The tuition fee for the academic year 2024-2025 is €15.400. Disclaimer for tuition fee: Subject to new programme curriculum.
The tuition fee does not include the following costs:
- An optional course in 'Academic English Writing' € 150
- A study trip to University of Greenwich in London (travel and accommodation at own expense;)
- Literature
- Housing, visa and insurance as offered via Saxion International Office
- An extension fee of € 2,500 (per extension year) is due after the nominal duration of the programme.
