Forms of cooperation and quality assurance
We prefer entering into long-term partnerships with public organisations, government bodies and businesses. It is also possible to enter into new collaborations where we work on issues within our research lines on a project-by-project basis.
How can we work together?
Do you have a research question, have run into a specific problem or want to work with us on a research project? Or would you like more information on our focus areas to determine whether a possible project or research fits within the remit of our research group? Please contact us to discuss the options.
At the request of organisations and networks, we regularly give lectures, guest lectures, presentations and workshops to share knowledge developed with professionals and students in our field.
Looking for funding opportunities together
We are happy to look for funding opportunities together when opportunities arise for joint projects within the scope of our research lines. We know the routes to different sources of funding in the form of grants, subsidies and innovation budgets. Every project starts with its content. Based on this, we jointly look for the most suitable funding.
Grant opportunities
For several years the research group has been partly run on the basis of (larger) grants. In the process, we have developed good relationships with several funding providers.
Taskforce for applied research SIA (Regieorgaan SIA) improves the quality and impact of applied research performed at universities of applied sciences. They do this by funding research and encouraging cooperation between applied universities, the business community and public institutions.
TechForFuture is an expertise centre for applied research into High Tech Systems and Materials. This expertise centre is run by Saxion and Windesheim.
Research is conducted into enabling technologies that can be widely deployed to enable new solutions for business and society. Projects can be submitted and carried out within TechForFuture.
The Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO) ensures quality and innovation in science and is one of the main science funders in the Netherlands. NWO invests annually in curiosity-driven research, research focused on societal challenges and in research infrastructure.
We conduct research with a grant from the Internal Security Fund (ISF).
When government bodies want to have specific research carried out, customised subsidies can also be issued. The research group can act as coordinator and consortium partner in this regard. In addition to the various funding schemes, we are able to undertake paid research assignments that fall within our areas of expertise.
