Human- & Tech Minded professional
To prepare professionals for changes in their field of work, we believe it is important that they are equipped and feel comfortable working with technology. In the human-minded and tech-minded professional research line, the competency profile of the future care and welfare professional is key. We call this profile the human-minded and tech-minded professional.
A human-minded and tech-minded professional has knowledge of issues surrounding technology, is aware of the relevance, benefits and risks of using technology. Ultimately, they are able to make systematic and informed considerations about how and under what conditions technology can support vulnerable and other citizens as well as professionals.
Approach
To ensure that future and current professionals feel more comfortable working with technology, we develop knowledge and interventions that can be applied in both education and the professional field. We talk to experts from the field, education and research to determine which competencies future and current professionals need. Based on this, we develop practical tools (such as a competency scan), advisory report, infographic and/or training or further training.
Collaboration?
All our projects are based on questions from practice. Are you also involved in the increasingly technological environment of care and welfare professionals? Or do you have an issue that we can help with? We are happy to discuss opportunities for collaboration! Please contact us.
