- €599 per month, including gas, water, electricity and service costs.
Deposit
Additionally, a deposit of € 500,- is required. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the accommodation tidy, clean and without any damages.
Enschede (Xior, Ariensplein):
- Single room with shared facilities.
- Base rent: €346 – €550 per month + servicecosts around €260 per month (be aware that servicecosts can differ per person, and could therefore be higher than €260 per month).
Deposit:
- The deposit is 2 times the amount of the base rent.
