The INTRO is the best way to kick off your studies. You will get important information about your programme (you don't want to miss that!) and you will meet your fellow students. You will get to know Saxion altogether and go on an adventure in your new student city. Unfortunately, you can't sign up at the moment.

We think it is very important that everyone can be themselves and feel at home at Saxion. Check out our policy, what you can do if you don't feel safe and how to ensure a nice INTRO for everyone.

Saxion protects the privacy of all those involved in its educational and research activities. It considers it its duty of care to handle the personal data of all its stakeholders carefully and transparently. Therefore Saxion takes organisational and technical measures to prevent breaches of the privacy of its students, students and alumni, former and current staff and applicants, external parties including temporary staff, guests and field representatives.

Saxion wants to set an example for its students, who must also take responsibility in their own (future) professional practice.

We ask you to provide certain personal data for participation in INTRO 2024. These include your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, education, student number, telephone number contact person in case of emergency, and medical data (allergies, use of medication, illnesses, diet, etc.).
These data are (partly) provided to the INTRO organisation, security and caterers in connection with possible emergencies. Agreements have been made with these parties regarding the handling of this data. Two months after the INTRO, this data will be deleted from all the above recipients.

During the INTRO, photographs and film recordings are made. Participating in the INTRO means that visual material (photo and video) with your picture may be used for publicity purposes.
