Now that you've had some more detailed information regarding the rooms of our accommodations, it's important to figure out the availability of our rooms and the rental prices.
The rooms are available from the 18th of August onwards. This is the starting date for all of our rental agreements. The end date and rental fee depends on your study programme, housing location and room type.

Deventer: all rooms have the same m2 and energy label. Rent is €567 per month.
Enschede: rental price per room differ. Rent varies between €507 and €676 per month.
Rental prices above include all utilities, such as water, gas, electricity and WiFi etc.
Additionally, a deposit of € 500,- is required. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the accommodation tidy, clean and without any damages. Details on the type of rooms Saxion offers can be found in this website.
