Now that you've had some more detailed information regarding the rooms of our accommodations, it's important to figure out the availability of our rooms and the rental prices.
For semester 2 of the academic year 2025-2026, the start date of the rental contract will be announced later. The start date and rental fee depends on your study programme, housing location and room type. The end date will be the 1st of August 2026. Rental contract cannot be cut short.

Rental prices above include all utilities, such as water, gas, electricity and WiFi etc.
Additionally, a deposit of € 500,- is required. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the accommodation tidy, clean and without any damages. Details on the type of rooms Saxion offers can be found in this website.
