Student cities of Saxion
Saxion's campuses are all located in cities in the east part of the Netherlands. Enschede, Apeldoorn, and Deventer are all pretty calm and relaxing, but also there is always something interesting you can do.
Surrounded by nature and history

Students and locals like to go out for a walk or even swim at the riverbanks when the weather is nice. It is just one example of the many places you can relax in Deventer.
On the other hand, Enschede is famous for its historical architecture. You can just walk around the city center, and it will still be a mesmerizing view. Also, Enschede is located very close to the border with Germany, which is a destination you can always consider.
Apeldoorn is the smallest city of the three, but still, it can offer a lot. You can do fun activities, such as visiting the monkey zoo called the Apenheul or the Julianatoren (amusement park). It is a favorite holiday destination for the Dutchies for a reason.
